Was the best KFC I've had in a long time. It was as good as the KFC Bombay. Good on you Botany KFC your chicken was perfect. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4 Order type: Take out Meal type: Dinner Price per person: NZ$10–20 Parking space: Plenty of parking Parking options: Free parking lot

Your restaurant chicken is getting worse. When you first introduce spice chicken wings it was nice fresh crunchy but we had a dinner there last month and last night. I have noticed that the flour is too thick and hard to chew and not fresh. Our chicken last night wasnt hot it was cold. Even the sink where you wash hands smell stinks. What happen to the KFC i use to know. The mcdonal chicken wings is 100 times better than your chicken now. Order type: Dine in Price per person: NZ$100+

Absolutely terrible customer service at KFC Botany Downs tonight. Walked in around 9:55pm to order from the self-service kiosk, and the staff basically refused to let me order unless I went through the drive-thru in a car. No proper explanation, no professionalism, just a rude “go drive-thru”. I was already having a rough day and just wanted to grab some food quietly, but the way the staff treated customers was cold and disrespectful. A fast food place doesn’t need to be fancy, but basic respect and communication should be the minimum. Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Order type: Takeaway Meal type: Dinner
