Was served by Shalvinaand she is so absolutely wonderful. She was cheerful and was very helpful when we were selecting our meal. She was patient when we changed our kind and hot something else than what we originally wanted. I am incredibly disappointed with the abysmal customer service and extreme delays at this KFC location. I was told my order would take 6 minutes, which was perfectly fine. Instead, I was left waiting for 45 minutes for a simple order. A delay that massive is unacceptable for a fast-food chain, but what made the experience entirely intolerable was the staff's attitude. Throughout the entire wait, there was zero communication from the team. When the food was finally ready, instead of a simple apology for the massive delay, the staff member exhibited pure hostility: Slid the cans of drink across the counter at customers. Slammed the fridge doors shut. Maintained a miserable, aggressive "bad face" expression without saying a single word. 7-8 customer there at the time deserved cash back. To be kept waiting nearly an hour is bad enough, but to be treated like an inconvenience by rude staff who cannot even offer a basic apology is disgusting. KFC management seriously needs to retrain this team on basic manners and realistic wait times. K#1032 3:54pm I won’t be returning. Meal type: Dinner Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Great tasting fried chicken freshly made tender & juicy. Awesome staff working hard to deliver great service & hot food under pressure. They all deserve a bonus! Great venue with good air conditioning. Love massive photo on wall of the one & only Colonel Sanders inventor of this well known food chain brand. Very tidy & clean a great place to come enjoy a treat. Drive thru option available also so convenient. Highly recommended Meal type: Lunch Price per person: NZ$30–40 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Vegetarian options: If your a vegetarian your options are limited here sorry. Dietary restrictions: It may be hard to meet your requirements as there is no control over ingredients ! It's top secret for starters
