Just wanted to mention the beautiful smiles from the women Thursday night. I was having a usual tired night after working in the office all day, i decided to go in for a quick dinner. KFC westcity was amazing the food was fresh and customer service was just exceptional. I always notice the very gorgeous lady with piercings a tattoo and beautiful lashes, she served me and was so soft spoken as-well as patient, i missed out a large chips last week during the morning (11:30) but didn’t wanna hassle the workers. I just mentioned it to her and she didn’t argue instead apologised for a mistake she didn’t even make!! and gave it with my order amazing service. The chicken was so fresh and the chips were extra delicious since she made sure they were fresh too. I prefer being served by the night shift workers then morning, just because they look enthusiastic and don’t make me feel like i’m making it harder for ordering. I hope she gets recognition for this review i didn’t catch her name but her smile is definitely something that makes you feel welcome. Thankyou pretty lady definitely made a difference for me cheers. Wow, I ordered a wicked feast and this is what I got for my 6x wicked wings. A cheaply battered who knows what's in it. Did not look like chicken? Into the bin without a refund. Fries were old and chicken looked and tasted like it was deep fried 2x. Never again west city KFC! Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $70–80 Food: 1 Service: 1
