Stopped by here around 5:30. Idk why. They had no food prepared for the drive home dinner rush. 8 people were waiting for food in the lobby. One woman had been there for 40 minutes waiting on a small coleslaw. What!? I told her she had the patience of an angel cause I was about to blow. I just ordered a 12 piece. 4 breast, 8 thighs. After waiting for 45 minutes, someone finally asked "what you waiting for?". I looked the child in the eyes and said "4 breast, 8 thighs." She said ok. They gave me a regular 12 piece. I don't get it. One guy was out back smoking a black and mild while one other guy was running the kitchen with 6 cares I. The drive thru and absolutely no chicken ready for any orders. Unacceptable. Busiest times are 11-1 and 5-8:30 pm. Get your people in check or close the place down. I will not be coming back here. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I went to the Wrightsboro location for the first since they've been open. I hadn't been to a KFC since my younger years but u decided to give it a try and I was extremely happy. The customer service was great! The cashier at the drive thru upscale me to a dessert to go with my meal! The food was great as well. The chicken tenders and fries were flavorful as I remembered. The tea was sweetened just right! I will definitely be back! Food: 5 Service: 5

I had a fairly large order and I had two dinners and the gravy for the mashed potatoes was very runny . The gravy wasn’t even thick and the chicken tenders were baby size tenders and they always have attitude.. If you want chicken size bite-size tenders, this might be your location, but the attitude and the gravy with the very runny gravy It was it that wasn’t even thick if I can get this place a -0 I would.. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $30–40 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
