I normally visit this location and the food is always good. But the service today was not the normal great service that I usually receive at dinner. I placed a mobile order and waited in the lobby for about 10 mins and still no food. Then I stood in line to talk to the cashier just for her and a manager, who was working on a mobile order, to say that they had not received my order yet and I probably placed it at the wrong location. I could’ve sworn that I placed the order for the correct location, so I went to my car to get my phone. And when I walked back in, the manager that said she didn’t have my order was bagging it up. Definitely not happy with the service this evening Food: 5 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3

Absolutely positively the best meal I have ever had at a KFC was at this location. Chicken pieces were back to normal size they should be, hot and juicy, and the sides were too hot to eat as well. KFC Windsor Spring Road at Tobacco Rd should take some lessons from this store near peach orchard Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
