KFC tiene envío a domicilio para así dar un mejor servicio a sus clientes. La mayoría de visitantes estiman que aquí el personal es recomendable. Su agradable servicio es algo que estos restauradores saben cuidar. Este lugar se asocia con una atmósfera inusual. La mayoría de los clientes que usan Google no le otorgaron a este lugar una nota muy alta.

This is literally the worst KFC experience I have ever had. I ordered a 12 piece family meal, two twisters, and a famous bowl and paid for everything online. When I got there, the girl handed me a single bag. When I asked if everything was there, the girl said yes but it clearly wasn't. I asked where the twisters were, she said we don't make them... I asked if they could be refunded or replaced and she basically said deal with it through the app, but the app isn't going to show that she acknowledged it was only a partial order. I'm not normally one to ask for a manager, but the manager agreed to replace them with sandwiches. Ok, that's acceptable for me... I'm not mad. I pulled into a parking space and eventually she brought me two sandwiches instead of the twisters. Cool, that took 30 minutes instead of just grabbing an online order through the drive through so I go home. When I got home 2 miles away, the bowls used for the sides weren't even half full and the chicken was so old, it's flat on one side. This very obviously sat for a VERY long time. I'm not expecting it to be steaming hot after driving home, but we're talking like barely above room temperature cold. The thighs are unnaturally flat on one side from sitting in a pan so long... AND on top of all that, they just straight up didn't include the biscuits. The part that's actually so bad I'm borderline impressed is that the mashed potato, cole slaw and gravy containers I did get are so empty that they barely cover the bottom of the bowls. The reference photos are using a standard fork for reference bc I don't happen to have a ruler handy but these aren't even a quarter of the way full... Just all around horrible food, terrible service. I'm not expecting it to be spotless given the location but it's just gross. Hard pass for me in the future... The only reason I gave 1 star is because I had to write this review. The late night crew all need to be fired ASAP. My food took almost 45 mins, none of them are professional or friendly. They kept locking the door & didn’t want to let anyone in. ( loosing Money)The cook came outside to smoke and talk on the phone probably didn’t even wash his hands. My baby food was cold I will never return to this place again. I’m calling corporate first thing Monday morning. KFC y'all should be ashamed of yourself’s all these negative comments & I don’t see no one responding. People stop spending your hard earned money with places that don’t care. We are the reason these people stay in business don’t forget that.
