El pollo frito de este restaurante no es muy del agrado de sus visitantes. KFC Banting 2 tiene envío a domicilio para así dar un mejor servicio a sus clientes. Este lugar es muy recomendable por su bien preparado personal. Su cuidado servicio te hará sentirte especial. Su atmósfera es acogedora, y un gran número de clientes aprecian el concepto de este lugar. Pero los usuarios valoran este restaurante por debajo de la media en Google.

Been here few times. Peak hours and non peak hours. If you want food fast enough,please don't come here. Not fast food place. Serving time typical restaurant time. Can go to store KFC. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

Subject: Complaint About Poor Service and Wrong Order – KFC Banting (11 March 2026) Dear KFC Management, I am writing to express my disappointment regarding my experience at KFC Banting on 11 March 2026 at around 8:00 PM. Yesterday was my birthday celebration, and unfortunately the service and food quality completely ruined the experience. My total order was around RM46.40. I ordered Colonel Rice with one piece chicken, Zinger Double Down Box Meal, Wedges, Milo Ice, and Ice Lemon Tea. However, several problems happened: Wrong food given – I ordered Colonel Rice, but I received Nasi Lemak instead. When I asked the staff at the counter, he casually told me that Colonel Rice was finished, so he replaced it with Nasi Lemak without informing me. I was not asked if I agreed to change the item. I do not even like Nasi Lemak, but I had no choice. Cheezy Wedges sauce – The wedges were cooked well, but the cheese sauce portion was extremely little, only about two thin lines. Zinger Double Down quality – The chicken did not look fresh. The colour was very light orange and not crispy. It seemed like old food being served to customers. Drinks not full – The Milo Ice and Ice Lemon Tea cups were only about 3/4 full. Broken chili sauce pump upstairs – On the second floor dining area, the chili sauce pump was not working. I informed a female staff member. She came, tried pressing it once, then walked away to the staff room without explaining anything or replacing it. The pump was still not working. I have always loved KFC because it is my favourite fast food restaurant, but this experience made me very disappointed and angry. The food quality was poor, the staff response was irresponsible, and the equipment was not properly maintained. I hope KFC management will take this complaint seriously and improve the service quality so other customers do not experience the same situation. Thank you.
