Delightful service from Elma. Truly an amazing front of store employee. Even remembers your name and acknowledges your entry with a sweet smile and hello. Certainly the best experience at a fast food restaurant in a very long time. Price per person: $20–30 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

One of the workers at KFC Bay Roberts is looks very dirty and greasy. Looks like a little punk that is strung out on drugs. He doesn’t show much professionalism for a public restaurant. Every time he’s there the food is horrible.
