Have gone to this store (Queen & Kennedy) many times and I'm not sure why I keep going back. The staff are not inspired to serve you with anything approaching a smile or helpfulness. During the COVID emergency, they won't accept cash. Which is somewhat understandable, but PUT UP A SIGN ON THE DRIVE THRU MENU SIGN! We ordered and everything was OK until we had to pay and they would not let us pay with cash and we had taken out all our money to do errands and could not use the Interact. We had to drive away WITHOUT our lunch! Today, I ordered the "Mighty Bucket for One", which I have before. It's a decent deal with 2 pc reg chicken, 2 tenders, popcorn chicken, fries and a salad, with a drink for $10. It always came in a bucket. Today it came in a box, the 2 pc were lame tiny pieces, as were the tenders. The popcorn chicken was in one of those little french fry pouches, not even close to how many you would get in the bucket. Same for the fries. Maybe HALF of the amount you got in the bucket!! The salad was TINY! With the bucket you got the small size, NOT the tiny 3 scoops and done size! I was not asked if I wanted dipping sauce either! LAME. I just called the phone number to the store to complain. Guess what? The number is NOT ACCEPTING CALLS. So they can use the phone to call out but they DON'T WANT TO HEAR FROM YOU!!! My next call is to corporate! This is also the LAST time I will buy from this store.

not that friendly and open my food there was a blond hair on my fries went to get my money back they gave me my money but havent done anything else for what happen wont be coming to this location thats for sure

love KFC zinger and wings only down side is its junk food tummy gonna be triple triple I wish if tasty food was healthy lol
