First time picking up. Was going to order the 5 piece online but didn't get to. Found out out they don't do it online restaurant, so ordered the 4 pc. But the lady was nice and gave an extra biscuit and mashed potatoes. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $1–10

Nope! Save yourself the hassle and go somewhere else. Anywhere else. We knew better as soon as we walked up to the counter but decided to give it a chance. First time here, won't ever return. Staff were polite but beyond slow and unprofessional. While waiting for our order we could see that staff were cleaning the floors around the food service/ chicken holding area. When I say the lady was literally spraying a hose and mopping with chemicals directly in the area around the food, I mean it. She was very much in cleaning mode and the floor behind the counter where food was being prepared was covered with water. Staff were walking through the water while preparing our order. Unbelievable and presumably a huge health code violation. Food was underwhelming at best. Disappointed that this will not be an option for us again. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I can’t say enough positive things about the wonderfully sweet lady that took my order in the drive through today. It was my first time at this restaurant so I admittedly was slow when trying to figure out what to order. She didn’t rush, get irritated. She offered helpful advice on what is most popular and also gave her personal opinion on what she liked most. I wish I would’ve gotten her name because she deserves to be recognized. Now for the food…the chicken was extremely fresh. Had to wait a few minutes while it came out of the fryer, which was no problem. It was decent. Somewhat lacking in seasoning/flavor, but still good. The fried okra was fantastic and the regular size order was MORE than enough for one or possibly two people. Y’all need to get ready though and fasten your seatbelts because the star of the show was BY FAR the biscuits!!! Hot, fresh, moist and sticky from whatever the honey or whatever it is from heaven that they drizzle on top. They seriously found the cheat code with their biscuits. If I’d have been smart, I would’ve ordered a whole bag of just the biscuits alone! Anyway, I’d definitely return for a warm biscuit, decent piece of fried chicken and a warming conversation with the wonderful woman that worked today around noon in the drive thru! Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Order type: Take out Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20
