Me : gave my ten dollar bill
Cashier: handed me the Pepsi that looked damn near clear,
ME: informed her the Pepsi color was off and needed to be changed, asked change and new Pepsi after changed
Cashier: NO MAYBE we have been out since yesterday --
ME: then why sell it. I want a refund. I need your manager.
Cashier: UGH, shaking her head
Manager: well you can get you a bottle of water instead
Me: OK, water instead is fine, informed them no other soda will taste good if it doesn’t have carbonization or coloring … so why would I want another soda,
Manager: OH we have no water, u can only get a different soda
Me : well give me a refund
Manger: we don’t give refunds.

Cashier & Manager : no yelling refusing to give me my money $10.00 bill or the change ,
Me: called police and they never showed after an hour, I have placed a corporate complaint
Manager needs to be fired and KFC Corporate policy on refunds needs to be enforced. as corporate does allow refunds it is the manager who refusing and stealing customers money.
