I placed an online order and tried to pick it up in the drive-through. Despite the app saying it was going to take 5 to 15 minutes, my food wasn’t done until 30 minutes had passed. The manager refused to give me my food, insisting that I somehow had gotten the name and was trying to steal it from someone else. He insisted that I show him my email rather than the order number the name or any of the other information that I provided to confirm my identity. He told me if I “really” paid for it I should be able to show it to him. It was insane. Finally, I told him I would rather just get a refund then continue to deal with him and he told me that it was impossible. Eventually, I located the email in my spam folder, but I have a feeling that the accusation of theft was related to the color of my skin. To the owner, please feel free to reach out if you want any additional details, including my order number. I’m not sure how he thought that I would have the name and details of an order I didn’t place???? Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 1

20250714 Stopped here around 9:40 tonight to get some fried chicken for my pup. We only eat dark meat, and fortunately, they have dark meat available when I arrived this late. Thankfully, when I ordered 3 or 4 piece dark meat, I always get all legs and thighs. Unlike, Popeye that considers wings as dark meat, and their 3-piece chicken includes 1 wing, 1 leg and 1 thigh, which is annoying. I started going to KFC these last 2 visits because of it. Although my pup prefers Bojangles, and it appears that my pup likes Popeyes better than KFC. She didn't eat all her KFC chicken tonight. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Food: 4 Service: 5
