Came on lunch break from work and was one of the longest waits for fast food I've had, and my food was incorrect. I was told it was another 7-10 minutes to remake it. Spent my entire lunch break waiting for the food. However despite everything, the food was really good. Maybe not 20 minute wait good, though. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20 Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I placed an online order 20 minutes before I arrived(just 2 burgers). It was not ready. And they made me wait another 20 minutes for my order(43 minutes all together) . Not because they were busy, just gross negligence. I had people after me when I already placed an online order 20 minutes prior, with larger order receive their food first. Similar experience happened to me a week prior when they literally forgot about my order. I voiced my concern the boy lacked basic cordiality and customer service skills. I had to voice my concern 3 times before I was given my order. I am patient and understand wait times but this was gross negligence. Save your time and go to the a&w beside. Price per person: $10–20 Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I came to this KFC at Sunridge Mall around 8:00 PM, and the mall doesn’t even close until 9:00 PM, plus there’s still another hour after closing for cleanup. I was literally the only customer there, yet the cook inside kept refusing to make basic menu items. I asked for hot wings — “no.” Asked for a Tender Go Bucket — “no” again. What’s the point of coming to KFC if there’s barely any chicken available? It honestly didn’t feel like they were out of stock, it felt more like she just didn’t want to prepare anything. Then I asked for hot sauce and was handed ketchup instead. The whole experience was frustrating and dismissive. I understand kitchen work is tough, but when there are no customers waiting and the store is still open, refusing item after item just comes across as lazy and unprofessional. The Asian lady working in the kitchen seemed to be the main issue the entire time. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
