We just ordered takeaway despite the string of bad reviews as I had a massive pregnancy craving for their creamy mash and gravy that they've finally brought to the UK. Guess what we didn't get? Either of our two mashed potatoes and instead of 2 ketchup and 2 chilli sauce we got 4 garlic mayo and a side of beans we never ordered. Do they do this on purpose? How hard is it to put things in a bag? They're conveniently not answering their phone as a cherry on top. Never again. So much for giving the benefit of the doubt.

Just gone into this shop to get a hot drink and something to eat whilst waiting used the toilet, urinal full and over spilling with urine and the toilet covered in excrement, to then be told the coffee machine not working and that’s what costas are for!!!! Photos on there where to health and hygiene inspectors????

Awful service joint with just eat ordered £30 worth of food the delivery driver turned up with £6 worth, no answer from kfc when trying to call them and no refund from just eat , angry pregnant lady left with no food or money to buy more
