Best KFC in the whole area , I drive all the way from Cheam to get food here, staff are chatty and the best KFC I’ve tasted for years Price per person: £10–20 Food: 3 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 2

I gave this KFC another chance after the last experience was pretty poor. The chicken was hard and so dry I ended up just throwing it in the bin. Also I ordered a variety bucket for the family and every single piece was a leg. I have never had that in all the years I have been to a kfc. I normally use the Surbiton or Wimbledon one but the Chessington one is closer to us. Never again, don’t waste your time or money it’s just too disappointing especially for the kids. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: £30–40 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

We’re truly sorry to hear about your experience at KFC Chessington. It’s disappointing to know that the chicken was not up to our usual standards and that the variety bucket did not meet your expectations. We understand how important it is for families to enjoy their meals, and we apologize for letting you down. Your feedback is valuable to us and will help us improve our service. If you’d like to discuss this further, please feel free to reach out to us directly. Thank you for giving us another chance.
