IT'S OVER NOW... This used to be the best KFC on the west side of Cincinnati, with fast & polite service, fresh food, and accurate ordering. That is gone, now replaced by a nearly full staff of rude unconcerned, inept people. - I ordered. I drove away, only to get home 15mins later and find my order was VERY wrong. I called the restaurant... they "couldn't hear me" on the phone. I drove back. 15 minutes. Explained the situation - "pull forward..." No apology, no "we're sorry, let us fix that for you" - none of that. I give my incorrect order back through the drive-up window. Still no apology for getting it wrong, or having me drive back. No re-making the order, instead they took 2 pieces of chicken out and put in 2 different ones. The youngish order-taker-cashier shut the window after handing me my bag back, while I was still talking. THIS NEXT PART IS MY FAULT. I should have sat at the window and checked the order... why? Because they did it again... I'd asked for, and PAID for specific pieces of chicken, not random grab-whatever. And... that's that. The place was fully staffed, and they could not get a 4-peice order correct. DO NOT RECOMMEND. USED TO BE GOOD. TIMES CHANGE. PS. If you are the owner of this franchise and are reading this, change your staff or change my mind. Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Order type: Takeaway Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20
