One of the worst KFC experiences I’ve ever had. The chicken was raw, so I sent it back, and they returned with two different pieces from what I originally ordered. The lady said they had just changed the oil, which is why the chicken wasn’t crispy. I was really looking forward to trying the new KFC — very disappointing indeed. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: £1–10 Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3
