KFC has a pretty good Tuesday deal, eight pieces of thighs and drums for $10. And we all know why this deal exists, so they can get rid of unpopular pieces rather than throw them out. I like thighs, I don't like drumsticks. So, when I get this deal I usually just ask for all thighs, no drums. And usually, at other branches, they are accommodating. But not the power-tripping manager at this location. "We don't do that," she insisted after than blank-eyed woman at the counter went to her after receiving my request. Other locations do, I pointed out. "I'm the manager," she insisted. No way was Karen going to let a mere customer get away with the sheer audacity of requesting a slight alteration to an order. Not on her watch! All right, then, fine, I'll be on my way. There are lots of other options. I walked out the door with no intention of ever returning. Heck, I'm probably better off without the greasy chicken, TBH. Considering fast food is in decline, you would think customer service is an area where they would want to put their best foot forward. KFC is empty, Chik-Fil-A has 'em lined up around the block. Customer service is one of the reasons for that. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

As KFCs go, you could probably do worse. The employees are really very nice. The restaurant was very clean, and the food was very good. The only bad grade I would give this place would be the bathroom. It definitely needs a makeover, and fast!! Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20 Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3

Absolutely horrible service!! They forgot items from my order and got upset with me for asking for them. They also got upset because I said I would wait when they said they would have to make it fresh. They never brought the items to my car, I had to go in to ask again for them, after waiting three times the amount of time they said it would take. I contacted corporate but so far, no response. Don't waste your time going here. The inside of the place looked disgusting. When they finally gave me my items, they were undercooked and inedible.
