This was honestly one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever dealt with at any fast-food place. I forgot to apply a coupon for a free sandwich meal (black Friday deal) on my mobile order, so I politely asked at the window if they could honor it. The woman at the window immediately shut me down and claimed there was “no way” to add it — no explanation, no attempt to help, nothing. When I asked to speak to a manager, she literally slammed the window in my face. A few minutes later she came back, and when I asked again, she snapped that she was the manager then shut the window on me a second time. Not a word, not an ounce of professionalism — just attitude and rudeness. I even tried to order a drink afterward, a large root beer float, and she flat-out refused to open the window or take the order. She wouldn’t give me her name either, which tells you everything about how she treats customers. KFC should be embarrassed to have someone like this running a window, let alone claiming to be the manager. Completely unacceptable behavior. You can't Tell me that she doesn't know how to not charge for a meal, cuz it looks like she gets plenty of free ones there. We were going here at least once a week, but due to her behavior and lack of professionalism (as the acting manager nonetheless...), we will no longer be going back to any Kentucky fried Chicken, we will just go to Chick-fil-A instead. We have been going here for over 20 years. It's amazing how one bad apple can ruin an entire restaurant. Price per person: $1–10 Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
