Initially waited for a bit at the drive through window and got annoyed when a staff member walked past and didn’t see us waiting at the window. Staff member Cori eventually noticed us and came over apologising and taking his time to explain ever so politely about why we were likely not noticed earlier. I have visited KFC meteor centre again since then and was served by Cori who again was very very polite both times and gave excellent customer service all round. wish there would be many more customer service employees like Cori. Absolutely brilliant manner Cori has 5 star! Price per person: £20–30 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

Went round to the window to collect the food and was met by a lovely young lady. Her name was ramnik, she is new to the job and said she’s enjoying it so far. She was absolutely lovely and so polite. Price per person: £10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Staff are lovely, served food with a smile. Would come again if they keep this up. The lobby was messy but there was a staff member cleaning as we got there Meal type: Dinner Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
