The service was extremely poor. The branch was disorganized, the staff were disorganized with orders, there was no queue or anything, and the order taking was completely random. My order took a whole hour, and in the end, they told me it was already taken! It's unbelievable! This whole thing was incredibly stressful and ruined my day. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I was at the KFC Villagio branch today around 7:40 pm. I ordered just a twister sandwich (not meal). I had to wait 20 minutes for my order to be served. The orders that came after me were being served even though I complained to the counter 2 times to maintain the queue. After 20 minutes waiting and watching some of the other customers getting frustrated, I finally asked to cancel the order and refund. Then only the staff started to process my order! Ridiculous waiting time!!! Ridiculously slow service even though the order is being placed through screen! Still the staffs can't hadle the customer! Not maintaining the queue is very much disappointing. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: QAR 1–50 Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 5
