Spent around £40 for food for 3 yesterday. Had bought Zinger tower burgers and Hot wings. The food was tasteless and dry. Woke up this morning with a stomach ache and had multiple toilet sessions which hasn't stopped until now, the next evening. Worst food, served always!! Meal type: Dinner Price per person: £10–20 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Ordered 6 piece of ‘just chicken’ bucket in store on the screen. Before I could even find a seat my order was suddenly ready (couldn’t have been freshly made). Bland with some of the pieces being too tiny to be considered a thigh or wing. Whole place was empty even during rush hour afternoon. 10min later of eating had stomach pain and felt uneasy. Shouldn’t feed that stuff to a dog let alone a humanToilets filthy with the hand basins positioned for a child. Forgot why I don’t come here no-more now it all comes back. Never again. Price per person: £10–20 Food: 2 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 1

Ordered through uber eats (driver was lovely - no issue there!) but only a third of the order was delivered. Had to go and pick the rest up ourselves and the person behind the till thought he could flex his “muscles” to intimidate us to walk away without the food, even though it was literally packed and ready, just not handed to the driver. Tried to blame the driver by saying he was supposed to pick up 2 bags but hadn’t written on the bag (despite there being a specific area on the stickers they add to write how many bags there are!) Just pure incompetence. Price per person: £10–20
