Horrible food. Placed an order tonight and they said they had no original recipe. Got extra crispy and it was absolutely disgusting. Not sure if all KFC’s are going downhill but this one’s the bottom of the pit

I bought a chicken pot pie this evening, which I like very much. However I had a bone about an inch long in mine that didn't see. I could have choked on it but got it out of my mouth. I'm very disappointed with this issue. I don't know if you make them at the store, if you do please tell your employees to make sure they get all of the bones out. Review your process for this. I will be hesitant to buy another in the future as I avoid choking hazards.
