I went into KFC and had an issue at the counter. When I was paying, I thought I had already given the cashier my coupon, but she told me I should have given it to her before. I said “my bad,” and then I asked if I could still use it. She said it was okay and that the difference was “only $2.” But when I checked my receipt later, I saw I was actually charged about $3 extra instead of getting the discount.
