KFC emerald is a lovely place to visit, never had any issues with this place. The only issue I’ve had is that they’re too fast I’ve barely opened the window and they’ve already got my entire feast ready and waiting for me. - Latoya Nash. Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

I’ve visited this KFC twice and both times have had issues with my orders. The first time, they didn’t put in 3 x dipping sauces (how can one have nuggets without dipping sauce) and that was through an order made in the KFC app and the second time I ordered a BBQ double stacker ultimate box but they gave me a plain original burger!!! I was too far gone to go back and replace it as I was driving through and I tried calling but no one answered!! And they certainly weren’t busy as I was the only one in store not long after they opened. Looks like Red Rooster will get my business from now on.
