Good evening it is 6:00 pm eastern, I took my family to get dinner at this establishment it was by far the most disgusting KFC I ever been at . I will start off by ordering my food young lady behind the counter acted as she did not want to take our orders she gave us our drink cups and no ice in the fountain drink machine there was a broom and dust pan center in the center of dining room. Food everywhere on the floors dirty tables with food caked to them. Now the males bathroom as soon as I took my son in there toilet had feces on the toilet seat, urinal was disgusting no hand soap no paper towels in the dispenser so unsanitary. I should have used my own judgment from what I seen in there and went somewhere else. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Ordered for pickup at this location and we had an email for 5:05-5:15pm. I left my house at 530p and entered the drive through where i said i was here for a mobile order. I waited in line for around 30 minutes to get to the window where i was told it wasnt ready and i can come inside to wait. I parked and waited inside for an additional 30 minutes before going to the front desk and asking for my mobile order again. The manager couldnt even find it on his pickup screen but the drive through worker knew and i believe may have said it could've been deleted. I waited over an hour for food that was never prepared or started plus potentially lost. The organization, attention to detail and work flow need improved here bad. I had somewhere to be and didnt get to eat either. Meal type: Dinner Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

How does this place even pass with the health inspector? I don’t even want to touch the door to come in. Floors are filthy and the windows are disgusting. Don’t look too close at the holes in the walls and floor boards. The food was horrendous. Burnt chicken and cold. This isn’t a one time occurrence either. Every time I come in here, it’s gross. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
