Made an online order the workers were so far behind, very unhappy and all over the place and our food wasn't done after 20/25 mins so we told them to cancel it they said ok but I had to call to get refunded well I have called several times now and they keep telling me they escalated the issue to hirer management. So they are refusing to refund me for food I didn't receive because of their service. The problem isn't just the restaurants it's all of KFC. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

The car in front of me at the drive-thru waited 5 -10 minutes before anyone came to the speaker to ask for her order. Then I pull up to the speaker, and they were out of coleslaw! I think this place is run by kids that don't have a work ethic or responsibility. I do love the chicken! I left and went to Burger King. Meal type: Other Food: 5

Went there years ago and the customer service was horrible. Decided to order on the app and give it a try again... hasn't changed. They not only acted like they didn't know they had a app that places order, with zero customers in the drive-thru or in the building, they had me pull to the side and told me to come in. I had to go in and get my food... wait what? So confused. I went in, a bag was on the counter and a guy was just pacing back and forth. I asked if this was my order and he said yes and walked away. I don't know if this was a joke, making customers who order on the app to pay at drive thru but then make them come in to pick up the food? Deleted the app, never again at this location. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
