Buen sabor de pollo solo q aveces lo dejan almacenado x más tiempo del que deben una vez cocinado. Y se reseca y ya no me gusta.

No customer service, The manager is rude and not trying to make issues right for the customer. The staff looked at my pick up order and said it's still being prepared twice, the third time they checked it was ready but it had never moved from the countesr and it had no additions to the bag. The order was not what I wanted and the manager could not do anything to make it right even though the price was not different. She was curt and dismissive. The bathrooms are old, used dirty and run down. The restaurant itself is showing its well worn age of 60 or so years. Believe the negative reviews. KFC is not training their staff and neglecting their facilities. The positive reputation of KFC is all that is keeping this store open. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
