I would rate it 0 stars if I could. Went through the drive thru on June 23 2026 at 2:30 pm. The first person who started taking our order was very nice. Then all of a sudden a new person jumped on rude as hell attitude for no reason. As my husband was finish up our order started talking about how we were ordering to slow and that we needed to pull up to the window because we are messing up his drive times. My husband then didn't even get to order his food correctly because not like he knows the menu by heart and got the wrong order. Then our food gets given to us not even lids put on all the way to where gravy gets all on our leather seats. Definitely will never come back to this location. I would recommend going to McDonald's or driving a little bit further to a different kfc or tacobell. Price per person: $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

The absolute worst customer service ever. The gentleman ( I’m being sarcastic here) was the rudest person I’ve ever encountered. Why do you have this person working the drive thru? To be honest the management staff is to blame, no training, lack of supervision. Someone needs to be fired. Very poor service. Food: 1 Service: 1

They were out of a dozen items so I had to change what I ordered. only had mt dew all otherdrinks were out. Just saw how outrageously low the Google review was. Probably won't be back. It seems like this location is always out of major food items. Order type: Takeaway Price per person: $10–20
