If no stars I could give!!!!! Ordered a 3 piece , get home and only a two piece in my bag and no receipt! Go back , only given one piece of chicken .. smh. Nowadays you a better off cooking at home ! What happened to being compensated for your wrong and making sure the customer is whole. That’s why I’m leaving this review!!!!! If you are there check your bag and get your receipt . I will never come here again!!!! I work too hard for my money to just give it away and people who were wrong not care . Food: 1

I know this location gets a lot of criticism, but I wanted to take a moment to share a positive experience about KFC. Every time I’ve come here, my food has been fresh and exactly what I ordered, and the staff has always been kind and respectful. Yes, it can be a little slow at times—but in my experience, they more than make up for it with their attitude and service. On my most recent visit, two young gentlemen asked me to pull forward and wait. When they brought my food out, they were incredibly polite and appreciative, which really stood out. It’s easy for people to leave negative reviews, but not enough folks take the time to recognize when things go right. These are young people from our own community working hard, and they deserve patience and respect just like anyone else. Thank you to the team for consistently doing a great job!
