I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience at KFC. Firstly, there was a clear confusion regarding the combo set promotion that includes a keychain. The staff informed me that the keychain was not included and had to be purchased separately. This is misleading — if the keychain is not part of the combo, then why is it advertised as such? Secondly, the service attitude of the staff named FATZRIA was unacceptable. since the combo set promo is not include with keychain, When I decided to change my order, she showed visible impatience, rolled her eyes, and even made a “tsk” sound. This level of behavior is highly unprofessional and disrespectful to customers.（for few times i came her attitude also like this） What made the experience worse was that even when I politely said “thank you” before leaving, she still responded with a cold expression and no basic courtesy. This reflects a serious lack of professionalism and customer service standards. KFC should ensure that staff are properly trained both in product knowledge and basic service etiquette. KFC should ensure that: 1. Staff are properly informed about ongoing promotions. 2. Customer service standards are maintained at a professional level.
