Asqueroso pollo, está es la segunda vez que me atienden mal el pollo estaba asquero y lleno de grasa y quemado, dijeron que era fresco cuando en realidad no lo es es pollo viejo del día anterior, que horrible, jamás volveré a comprar ahí y tampoco le recomiendo a nadie ese sitio, no botes tu dinero comprando basura ahí, KFC está mejor el pollo de Walmart

I had a wonderful experience at your restaurant. The entire team was courteous, professional, and truly focused on providing outstanding customer service. Everyone did a fantastic job and made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. I would like to give a special shout-out and heartfelt thank you to Assistant Manager Brittney and employee Jostess. Their positive attitudes, attention to detail, and dedication to ensuring a great dining experience did not go unnoticed. Placed an order in the drive-through. Started order with 1 person and then another person took over. Had to start order over to new person. Got to the window to pay and was asked again what we ordered. Was then told to drive around to wait on food. Got food but was short 2 pieces.of chicken and my bottle water. At this point I had to go into the store. Told the girl who gave us our food I was short 2 pieces of chicken and my bottle water. She brought me my water; no chicken. Waited and waited. She walked right past me to take someone else's order to their car and never acknowledged me again. Finally the girl working the register inside helped me. Overall, the service here sucks!!! Definitely won't be going back anytime soon. Food is always good but it ain't worth the headache to repeat my order multiple times and then still have items missing from my order. KFC in grocetown needs to do a Hella lot better or it won't be long and they will go out of business. Price per person: $10–20 Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3
