Had a great lunch this afternoon at the Harrison KFC/A&W. The food was hot and fresh, the chicken was juicy, the Mt. Dew was exquisite. Great service, clean and friendly atmosphere. Good job! Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Bathroom smelled like pee, wet, and dirty. Also an A&W. With NO root beer. No soda except Pepsi. Half the menu was sold out. What a joke! I walked out. Meal type: Dinner Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Literally every single time i order from them they are out of chicken or something else in my order. On separate occasions Ive gotten fries so expired and rancid that you could smell them outside of the bag, cold sides, and somehow black colored chicken. Sometimes the staff try and make things right when they can, but ive also been told before that they wouldn't cancel my already paid-for online order when they didn't have any of the components of my meal, and instead of eating dinner i was stuck on a 45 minute long phone call with customer service in order to get my refund. Possibly the worst KFC in the area, and something drastic needs to change there before they get my business again. Price per person: $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 1
