Haven't been here for a while as last time we didn't get the food we ordered and yes it happened again!! Ordered a six piece box (no drumsticks), 10 nuggets (sweet & source sauce), large potato & Gravy and large chips with extra salt. We got chicken wings instead of nuggets, the chips had no extra salt. They changed the wings for nuggets, put extra salt on the chips but whennI opened the six piece box yep there was 2 drumsticks. Got told because I opened the box I had to take the food. I opened both boxes as THEY not ME couldn't get the order right. And then, to top it off had to ask for the sauce. Said it last time but definitely never again. This was the 3rd strike & you are out!!! Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Went in to get a zinger protein bowl and the Chris' big bro burger, the food came out rlly quickly and tasted fresh. Gave me a cutlery pack, which other fast food places normally forget, just the little things that make a visit. I left the store with a lady saying goodbye with a smile on her face, great customer service. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: A$1–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Had a fantastic experience at KFC Highfields tonight. The manager, Toby, was incredibly friendly and genuinely helpful. He took the time to answer all my (probably annoying) menu questions with patience and a smile. The store was spotless, the team was upbeat, and my order came out fresh, hot, and exactly right.
