In town for work and stopped by for lunch. Sat at the drive thru speaker for 2-3 min before I was acknowledged. When getting my food at the window, the person helping me was somewhat rude. She had a bad attitude, was very short and gave me a dirty look when I asked for my receipt. After returning to work and starting to eat I was very disappointed. The chicken strips I ordered were very hard to chew. They didn't taste that good either. I was very much looking forward to this meal. Since I haven't had KFC in a long time. I will not be returning to this location. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20 Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2

We went thru drive thru on 12/31/23, at about 2pm, we order 8 piece mix meal,we got 4 thighs 2 legs 2 wing’s original no breast at all! No napkins! We call they wanted us to come back and get 2 breasted which was very inconvenient,we are on vacation,we been up all night at the casino! They should have got it right the first time, and no napkins was very disappointing! How can you forget napkins above all the things!

Ordered the #6 combo. 3 pieces with 2 sides, only received one side... and a biscuit. Expensive for 3 pieces of chicken. Tried to call, but no answer, figure the music was still pumped up so high they couldn’t hear the phone ringing.
