I ordered online to ensure that my order would be accurate then I get to the drive thru get my food and the entire order is wrong how do you mess up a online order and judging by all the one star reviews on here they don’t seem to care this is ridiculous

I didn't want to leave the 1 star.for this location in jackson mississippi. I got a 2 piece and a biscuit I returned back to the drive through. I spoke to the woman onThe speaker said pull around I handed her she handed the box to me and said where did you get this KFC box I said from the order I placed the chicken taste funny like the kitchen isn't clean. She said No ma'am I will not give you a different piece of chicken or replace your biscuit and handed the box back to me and said where did you get that kcf box from. I said ladynthe food is still inside the box look isn't that your kcf chicken inside my food wasn't tasting right its still pink and a little blood is in it. She closed the window in my face older super dark skinned African American woman. Someone from corporate needs to go to that location and regulate Northside Dr. Now im stuck with bloody chicken this just happened 3:40 pm.
