I ordered 2-2 piece meals at 12:43 pm and still had not received my order by 12:12 pm...I demanded a refund and the lady had the nerve to tell me my order would only be 15 more minutes ???? i again demanded a refund and was told it would take 3-5 business days. As well the ordering kiosk pinpad goes right to the tip option when you pay....A TIP FOR WHAT ??? The greed of this place is unbeleivable !!! Please stay away ! Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Very disappointing experience at KFC. I spent over $60–$70, but the food was extremely oily and tasted like poor quality. Customer service was even worse—no one listened or cared. Overall, a very bad experience. Definitely not worth the money.

Got dinner tonight (Feb 6, 2026) from KFC and wow — such a great taste and super fresh! Honestly, it’s been a long time since I’ve had KFC this fresh. The staff member who helped me was very nice and polite. I forgot his name, but I think it started with an “S” — maybe Suji. Either way, great customer service and a really good experience overall. Will definitely be back! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
