I am still waiting for my order like 30 minutes for now. It was just two main courses and 2 sides. Most of the items are not available including the signature 2 pcs meal. If you see my comment and come to this KFC at Karak, even after 6 months later, you probably would see me still waiting for my order. Don’t be shy to say Hi, I’m wearing black T with green pants. Price per person: RM 40–60 Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

probably the slowest fast food in the world.... there is only 1 lady working as cashier and preparing order.. and she cannot multitasking.when she making the drink, she just stood there and wait. the store manager is not helping, just sit at the back. and there kitchen staff never wear glove. and go in and out.. when she finally preparing my food I was praying no one come to disturb her.otherwise she will lost track where she want to continue.. Just 6 psc of chicken took me almost 1 hour...gosh Meal type: Dinner Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I recently visited KFC Karak and it was a very disappointing experience. The cleanliness was extremely poor. The outlet had an unpleasant smell, and the air conditioning was not working, making it very uncomfortable to dine in. There was visible dust on the windows, and the floor was full of food leftovers. The washroom was in terrible condition as well. The sink was smelly, and there was clogged water underneath, which made it very unhygienic. Overall, this outlet is not well maintained at all. I hope the management takes immediate action to improve cleanliness and basic facilities. Price per person: RM 40–60 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
