I visited KFC today and spent about $45 on food for my family. When I picked up my order, I politely asked if the BBQ sauce was included. The cashier, Elijah K., responded in a rude manner and said, "I'm not giving you anything unless you pay." I had no problem paying for the sauce if there was a charge. My concern was the way I was spoken to, especially in front of my 7-year-old son. Customer service should be respectful and professional. To make matters worse, when I asked for BBQ sauce, I was charged for jalapeños instead. This created unnecessary confusion and frustration. I understand mistakes happen, but customers should be treated with courtesy and respect. I hope management reviews this situation and provides better customer service training. The Kentucky Fried Chicken on Auburn Way North is 1002 Auburn Way N, Auburn, WA 98002, they were very rude and said I couldn't get a bucket of only drumsticks chicken. I was told I could only get mixed. I drove to 10414 SE 250th S street in Kent they were very friendly when I called to ask if they could sell me a bucket of drumsticks chicken only and Alfonso was very helpful and polite. When I arrived I ate there I give them five stars. But the Kentucky fried chicken at the Auburn Way North is 1002 Auburn Way N, Auburn, WA 98002, I'd give them zero stars. She didn't have to get an attitude "OH WE DON'T DO THAT HERE"! WITH AN ATTITUDE. SHE COULD HAVE SAID IT SOFTLY KIND MANNER. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $40–50
