Very disappointing experience at KFC Churchill Centre tonight. We waited around 20 minutes for our order, and after waiting that long, this is what we received. The burger was messy, poorly assembled, and looked like it was made with no care at all. The cheese/sauce was all over the place, the presentation was terrible, and overall it did not feel fresh or worth the money. Waiting 20 minutes is already frustrating, but receiving food in this condition makes it even worse. Really poor quality control and disappointing customer service experience. Definitely not what you expect from KFC. Would not recommend this location unless they seriously improve their speed, food presentation, and staff attention to orders. Food: 1 Service: 1

Poor quality and service.
Probably the worst KFC I've eaten in 15 years.
Chicken very dark and with no flavour, probably old oil, couldn't eat it and our order was not what we asked for. AVOID!!!
Ended in the bin!!!
