On 28 June 2026, at 21:35, I picked up a takeaway order from KFC on West Derby Road, and I have to say the experience was outstanding. Monica, who handled my order, made everything feel effortless. She greeted me warmly, ensured my order was perfect, and even checked if I needed anything extra before I left. The food was spot-on, but Monica’s service was the real highlight. She’s an absolute credit to KFC—thanks to her, I’ll be back for sure! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Got just eat was pretty fast tbh but the food was poor sticky bbq chicken burger wasnt fillet was like gritty cheap stuff and looked like it had been booted down breck road chips cold gravy like water 2 pieces chicken missing only thing nice was the hot wings pretty poor tbh if i had a car id of drove right there demanding a refund 1/10 Price per person: £10–20 Food: 1
