I can’t say enough good things about this KFC. The food is always great, but what really keeps me coming back is the staff. Every single time I visit, they are incredibly friendly, patient, and professional. They never rush me when I’m ordering, they always make sure my order is correct, and they even take the time to let me know about any promotions or deals that are available. It’s rare to find a restaurant where the employees consistently provide such outstanding customer service, but this team does it every time. They genuinely make customers feel welcome and appreciated. This has become my favorite place to eat, not just because of the food, but because of the amazing people who work here. Thank you to the entire staff for always going above and beyond. In a world where everyone seems to be sprinting through life trying to beat a stopwatch, it’s refreshing to find a place where people still take pride in treating customers well. After we lost our sister, we come to Lubbock to check on her husband and son - we want to make sure they are eating! We stopped at this KFC and although we are a bit scatterbrained while deciding, the manager was working at the counter and was very patient with us. In the past, there were times we avoided KFC for various reasons. This time was awesome. The restaurant was clean, even the drink station, and the food was fresh, and hot.
