Very bad experience we faced . There is a rude lady . We ordered just chicken 12 pc we came 2 person and they gave without sauce. But she gave me after we asked only 2 packs. After that we again asked for the extra . She said no she cant .... is it a good experience. Very bad. Pieces also very small . When we order 12 pieces they gave us only one average size . Others are two small . Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 4

While I was standing waiting for my order I saw a member of the kitchen staff who makes the burgers drop chicken burger roll on the floor he then proceeded to pick them up off the floor put them on the counter and continued to fill with salad sources. When I spoke out he saw me looking, he looked at me and then he picked up the chicken burgers he just made and threw them in the bin making a point that I saw him . I'm adding to this review I've just read the reply I got from the manager of the store. It looks to me like it's a presentation message that they just send out to everybody that is upset with their food. I am not accepted their apology. It is not the kind of apology you send to a customer that just witnessed your staff try to use food that has been dropped on the floor Price per person: £10–20 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Really great place, always clean and the staff is SO sweet! They give me as much extra ketchup as I ask for. Definitely recommend! Price per person: £10–20 Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4
