Manager was extremely disrespectful and arrogant. We went inside while the store was open, but no one was eating. We saw some staff first, then they went to the back. After that, we saw the manager and politely asked if the store was open. He responded in a rude and dismissive manner while sitting at his computer and didn’t even bother to assist or acknowledge us properly. Maybe he doesn’t want his job anymore. I didn’t get the manager’s name, but I can give you the details of the time we went. This was a very disappointing experience at KFC Mabalacat. The manager’s behavior was disgraceful, shockingly unprofessional, and completely unacceptable. We also encounter last drive thru, it’s always not working or most in the menu are not available . Meal type: Dinner Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

When we entered the place we kept almost 5 minutes not acknowledged by the staff until she came and we asked for a meal she said not available and then left us and continued what she is doing for also couple of minutes and not serviced at all until we got fed up and went to the self service kiosk and even we need help in some orders there however nothing as if the staff don't want to work and we are pleasing them to help us. Quality of the food is not good also at all as well the portion is so small Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

We are very disappointed with our experience at KFC Mabalacat. We waited in line for a long time, yet the service was extremely slow and disorganized. The staff showed little empathy toward customers, and the whole ordering process felt confusing and frustrating. In the end, we decided not to order because no one could properly assist us. We wasted our time for nothing! We truly hope this branch improves its service so other customers won’t have the same experience. Service: 1
