This KFC needs to be shut down immediately. They need a new team of employees. They never answer the phone. We sat there at the drive thru for at least 10-15 minutes and when we attempted to pull off, someone got on the mic laughing. There was no crowd, and the last time we went our chicken was Undercooked, the sides were incorrect, the biscuits were undercooked and a manager was not on sight when I attempted to make a complaint. Now a formal complaint will be filed and I will be contacting corporate. This is a disgrace to our community! Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Waited fir 40 min, and no service 2 guys working ignored all customers in the lobby and when they did address anyone was rude. I left without ordering after I found out the man in front of me had been there 25 min longer than me and hadn't been served Meal type: Other Service: 1

The Shift manager Sharon (store” 135440) and the young man that took my order was very nice, professional and hospitable. I avoid going to the KFC in front of Lowe’s on HWY 72 in Madison AL because I always have issues. Thank you Sharon and the crew for preparing good food for my son. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
