Food was terrible. Had to go through twice because they gave me the wrong order. No apology or anything. Basically 20 minutes for cold food that tastes disgusting. Then, he took the order from me and handed it to another customer?! Price per person: $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I had a very disappointing experience with my recent order. I ordered 2 “Meal for Two” deals (total around $34), but I only received 2 sandwiches. All the other items were missing, including the tenders, sides, and drinks. This is a major mistake and not acceptable, especially for a full meal order. I tried to contact the store to resolve the issue, and I hope they will fix this quickly by either refunding or replacing the missing items. Please double-check orders before sending them out. This experience was very frustrating.
