I paid over 80 dollars for my order just for it to not have everything in the bag. When my friend ordered her food first, they had her food wrong too. When I called to complain to manager she said her name was Elondra and she refused to help on the phone at first until I told her im a manager from another establishment and I will be calling corporate than she wanted to offer me a dessert but I would have to drive 20 more mins there and back to get it. She never asked me for my order number or name or anything she just hung up. Therefore I will be contacting corporate. This is the 2nd time she has been rude and unperfessional in the same month. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $80–90 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

11:38 am on a Monday, No one in the drive thru, 8 cars in parking lot but only one gentleman sitting and eating in dining area. Stood at counter for roughly 9 minutes with no one acknowledging my existence. Left hungry... Zero stars
