The food is nice but due to limited worker become get waiting longer time. I believe sometime the food taste not good due to only 1 person cover all the thing. To management,please hire more staff instead only 1 person handle from order until food serve,either all customer will lost soon. Food: 4 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 1

Really disappointed with KFC Meru. Every time I order from the KFC app, somehow the order always gets thrown to this branch and the experience is always terrible. I honestly don’t understand why. I usually order from the AEON Bukit Raja branch and everything there is smooth with no issues at all. This time I placed my order around 6PM and waited until 10:17PM just for the order to suddenly get cancelled. More than 4 hours wasted with no proper update. If the order couldn’t be prepared, then cancel it earlier instead of making customers wait like idiots. I called multiple times and nobody answered. Customer service was useless too. I even messaged KFC and only got a “we’re checking” reply before being ignored after that. Seriously, what kind of management is this? What makes me even more angry is that this order was meant for Mother’s Day. Because your branch cancelled so late, I didn’t even have enough time to order food somewhere else anymore. Now I fully understand why the ratings for this branch are so bad. The management and service here are extremely weak and unprofessional. Honestly, if anyone wants to order KFC, better use other delivery apps or just go directly to AEON Bukit Raja branch instead. Ordering through the KFC app and getting sent to KFC Meru is just asking for disappointment. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: RM 1–20 Food: 1 Service: 1

Closing restaurant before the time is usual here. 11pm closing it says but closed at even before 10.30pm. Not once but Everyday. Not even allow for take away. Saving energy for tomorrow??? Service: 1
