I don't know what's going on at this KFC but from the comments in the last 24h there is a huge issue going on and I can attest to that! I made an online order at 9.19pm and it's 10.42pm now and still NOTHING. I tried calling to call, no number. I tried to call customer service, no answer. I wish there was an option to cancel and get refunded because I would do it so fast! This is so disappointing and so disrespectful. I already had food poisoning before from eating here but I like KFC so I gave it other chances and it just keeps being disappointing over and over and over again. NEVER eating or ordering here, and I'll make sure to let all my family and friends to avoid it. Bloody hell. update: Apparently there is a problem with the system. They offered me free gifts and got a different delivery service. I appreciate the person on the call who was very kind and apologetic. Thank you.
