Came through the drive thru, even with my hearing aaids,I couldn't hardly hear the speaker.I find it so rude,when they can't even tell you how much you will need,to pay your purchase,pull around, I will give you the total at the window. I pull around, here's some younger black fella,he's so incredibly rude,you try to speak to him, he barely has the window cracked open,then he hurries,after you hand him your card,shuts the window on you again,like I have a bad disease or something. I then tell him Thank you, no response whatsoever, shuts the window again. He then brings the food,barely opens the window, hands the food, gone again.I pull around to the parking lot, open the food,first bite,half cold,never again. Do better K.F.C. No wonder I hardly ever see any vehicles over there. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $1–10

When I walked in one employee was sitting in the lobby playing on her phone and the other outside smoking with his gloves on. Idc if you're relaxing on your down time but I had an order to pickup and nobody worked on it until after I arrived. The boy that was outside smoking returned inside and continued his duties with the same gloves on. Neither employee washed their hands between tasks. Gross. 0/10 would not recommend Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Ordered our food online picked it up checked it all in the car. Came back in because we didn't get biscuits and half of so chicken we ordered. I walk and I'm told that I have all my chicken, even though I don't. I call, and they tell me to come get the rest of the chicken. Then when I came into the counter, the manager argues with me that I got the chicken and I ordered. She said she personally bagged the order and she put all the chicken in there. I told her she's mistaken she's only givien us seven of the twelve chicken strips that we ordered. I love KFC food but the customer service just isn't there. Especially that I don't take well to be made out as a thief trying to get free food after spending $70. Goes without saying we will not be going back to this KFC location.
